Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund under the following circumstances:

• 14-Day New Subscriber Guarantee — Full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment.
• Technical Failure — A verified platform bug prevented you from using the paid features you purchased.
• Duplicate Charge — You were billed more than once for the same billing cycle.
• Service Outage — Almetk AI was unavailable for more than 48 continuous hours during your paid period.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

• Requests made after 14 days of the original payment date.
• You changed your mind after actively using the platform.
• Partial usage of a subscription period (e.g. cancelling mid-month).
• Credit top-ups that have been partially or fully consumed.
• Accounts suspended for violation of our Terms of Service.
• University or team plans where seats have been activated and used.

3. Refund Amounts & Timeline

Refunds are processed via Thawani Pay back to your original payment method.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact our support team with your registered email, payment reference number, date of payment, and reason for the refund. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund the current period unless you are within the 14-day guarantee window. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.

6. Credit Top-Ups

Credit top-ups are generally non-refundable once any credits have been consumed. Unused top-ups may be refunded within 7 days of purchase at admin discretion.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
