New subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their first payment — no questions asked. Just email us with your order details.

Refunds are processed via Thawani Pay back to your original payment method.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact our support team with your registered email, payment reference number, date of payment, and reason for the refund. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund the current period unless you are within the 14-day guarantee window. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.

6. Credit Top-Ups

Credit top-ups are generally non-refundable once any credits have been consumed. Unused top-ups may be refunded within 7 days of purchase at admin discretion.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
